Comfees have a 14-day returns policy. We will accept returns if your item is damaged or faulty, but not for unwanted items. The items must be returned in their original condition and will not be accepted if they show signs of wear.
Once your return is accepted and processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. We aim to do this within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
The return postage will be covered by the customer. We would advise that you obtain a proof of postage.
